Our services

Dental Hygiene

A dental cleaning is performed by our dentist and includes cleaning of the teeth, removal of plaque and tarter, as well as teeth polishing. We will update your medical history, check your teeth for cavities, review oral hygiene instructions, and monitor your overall dental health. Fluoride treatments may be provided.

Implants

Implants are small titanium posts that replicate the lost root of a tooth. We restore implant placements for areas of missing teeth. Treatment is coordinated with the oral surgeon or periodontist. The result is a more comfortable, esthetic and natural smile.

Crown and Bridges

A crown or “cap” is a dental restoration that covers a tooth, which is severely decayed or fractured. A crown restores a tooth to its original shape, strengthens the tooth and improves its cosmetic appearance. Crowns are recommended on teeth after root canal therapy, as these teeth will tend to become brittle and are more prone to fracture. Ceramic crowns are used to achieve a more pleasing smile. A bridge is a non-removable restoration that replaces missing teeth. Bridges look and feel like natural teeth to enhance your dental health.

Dentures

Dentures are removable prostheses that replace all or some of the missing teeth in the upper or lower arch. We make dentures and partial dentures where there are many or a few missing teeth. Many people believe that once they have dentures, they no longer need regular dental care. Denture wearers require regular exams to ensure their health, comfort and appearance. Gum tissues are in a constant state of change. Periodic relining of the dentures may be necessary to ensure a tight and comfortable fit.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic Dentistry involves the improvement and appearance of your natural teeth. The appearance of your teeth can be enhanced through porcelain laminates, bonding, bleaching, crowns, or ceramic onlays. Laminate facings are used for patients who want to change the shape, color or close spaces to enhance their smile. Bonding involves placing tooth colored filings.

Periodontal Disease

We treat patients who have periodontal disease through regular scaling and deep root cleanings. Regular follow-ups are proscribed.

Root Canal Therapy

Root canal treatment is done when the tooth is severely decayed or fractured. This allows for you to keep the root so the tooth can be restored to its original size and shape.

Oral Surgery

When a tooth cannot be saved, extraction of the tooth may be the only course of treatment. Most extractions are performed at our office.

Sealants

Dental sealants are thin plastic coatings that are applied to the grooves on the chewing surfaces of the back adult molar teeth to protect them from tooth decay. Depending on your dental health, we may apply sealants where appropriate.

Tooth Whitening

We perform bleaching for patients who desire a more brighter smile.
